Once we have had a discussion over the phone to establish an outline of the services that you may be interested in.

We arrange a convenient time to visit you in the comfort of your own home to discuss the appropriate area of Estate Planning that is right for your own particular situation to help you to prepare for the meeting.

During the meeting, you will have plenty of time to ask as many questions as you would like to help you arrive at the decisions of who you would like to see benefit from your estate.

We will also point out the various options open to you and their implications, this normally helps shape your decisions on this very important document.

Instructions are then taken from you and we agree on a time frame for producing the final draft of your wills.

We then work to have the drafted Wills with you for reading and checking. Only when you are happy with the contents, you sign and date them in front of two independent witnesses who also sign and date them these are then returned to us for us to check that all signatures and dates are completed and in the right place.

Providing the wills have been signed and dated correctly, we then send you copies of the wills should we be storing the originals if this is the option that you have chosen.

If at any time between taking instructions and receiving the wills for signatures you decide to make any changes to the wills we will make the necessary alterations by producing new documents at no extra charge.

Provided that we receive the original unsigned documents back via the post in the prepaid envelope supplied – our service includes much more than just Wills.

We can advise on Property protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax advice, the practical use of Trusts, Funeral Planning, Family matters, Business Inheritance advice and clauses and financial planning.
